SEVENTYONEPERCENT offers a new approach to furnishing bathrooms

At the Salone del Mobile, an international mecca for the furniture and design sector, Seventyonepercent (an Iris Ceramica Group brand) interprets bathroom furniture as the emotional center of the environment.

This year the brand is presenting the four products in the collection in a space designed as a precious casket, which is not revealed at first glance. Exclusivity and refinement have inspired the design, based on the reinterpretation of an archetypal element of architecture, the round arch, repeated in a modular way to create a monumental structure.
The bathroom is increasingly becoming a place of regeneration, to be experienced in our everyday lives. The name of the brand stems from the idea of balancing elements: 71% is the percentage of the Earth’s surface covered with water. With this in mind, Seventyonepercent intends to combine the elements. Water as the source of life, a symbol of well-being and sustainability, to emphasize a commitment to conscious, future-oriented design achieved thanks to an artisanal, 100% “Made in Italy” production chain.

Within the casket space of the exhibition area, four rooms have been created for each of the Seventyonepercent products: Globe, Inspiration, Suite and Thirties, which interpret the concept of “bathroom” with a contemporary twist.

The staging of the stand concept is inspired by the world of theater and art gallery installations: behind the products, dark wings and shaped lighting emphasize their formal qualities.

The first collection, designed by Paolo Castelli, consists of four products: Globe, Inspiration, Suite and Thirties. It is inspired by 1930s aesthetics, with simple shapes enhanced by fine details, contrasting materials and light effects that create a relaxing and attractive environment, which resembles large wellness areas and encourages people to linger, just like a living room.
The refined design will be further amplified for the occasion by the elegant beauty of the Aldo Coppola brand.
The leading hairstyle brand will enhance the forms of Seventyonepercent with skin and hair care products rich in raw materials of natural origin and presented in sustainable packaging. Not only that.

In the refined setting of the Salone del Mobile, the skilled hands of Aldo Coppola's hairstylists presented styles that reflect the forms of Seventyonepercent design.
